The Body Code, developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, takes a broader approach to energy balancing by using muscle testing to explore different categories of potential energetic imbalance. Rather than focusing only on trapped emotions, the Body Code provides a systematic way to ask the body what area it would like to address and what may be contributing to the issue you’ve chosen to work on.

Because there can be multiple factors connected to a particular issue, a series of Body Code sessions gives us the opportunity to continue exploring what comes up over time. In each session, we follow your body’s responses through muscle testing and work with what it indicates it is ready to address that day.

As we continue through your bundle, one session may lead us in a completely different direction than the next. This is part of what makes Body Code work so interesting—rather than deciding ahead of time what needs attention, we allow the muscle-testing process to guide each session.

Sessions are personalized to you and can be completed comfortably from a distance, so you do not need to be on Zoom or the phone. After each session, you’ll receive a detailed report by email outlining what came up and any insights or information that may be helpful to you.

Bundle & Save: Choosing a multi-session package allows us to continue exploring your chosen issue over several sessions while also giving you a discounted rate compared with purchasing each session individually.
